A. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read this policy carefully as it provides important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User regarding any purchase made through us.

1. Refund Requests

The Platform may provide a refund only in exceptional cases where the Platform has failed to provide the services. The User shall be entitled to receive a full refund after deduction of applicable taxes (if any).

Refunds will not be processed if the User does not provide sufficient proof of the issue. The decision of the Platform shall be final and binding.

2. Processing of Refund

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and will be credited through the same mode of payment used during purchase.

All refund requests must be made by contacting User Support through the official communication channels provided on the Platform. The Platform will not accept refund requests made through any other means.

All refunds shall be processed only after a detailed investigation by the Platform following internal guidelines.

Although we strive for accuracy, service specifications or pricing may sometimes be incorrect due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect information provided to the Platform. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as the error is discovered. The Platform reserves the right to cancel your service and refund any amount paid for such bookings.

Legal Terms

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. For enforcement of arbitration awards, equitable relief, or matters where litigation is permissible, both parties agree to the jurisdiction of courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

The Platform maintains a negative list of fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserves the right to deny access or cancel services for such users at any time.

B. Shipping & Exchange Policy

This Shipping & Exchange Policy applies to the purchase of digital membership plans offered through the TaxiWale Partner App (“Platform”). By purchasing any membership plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
